"USHERING IN THE SEASON"
The leaves are dying - one by one they fall
From the lowest and the trees most tall
But fires begin to burn with a warming birth
And round those harvest fires bloom lots of mirth
Autumn is the time that brings the kiddies out
In costumes, candy laden bags and lots of shouts
October ushers in a season like in years gone past
With daughter's birthday
then Halloween
Thanksgiving
Christmas
and New Years Eve at last
