My Flash Fiction 55 this past Friday was about being the last woman alive on earth. I got to daydreaming about "last days" and asked myself this question:
"If you knew you had only 6 months left to live life as you know it today, how would you live it?"
This is how I would fill my days:
Rejoice in my sobriety.
Go to many Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon meetings.
Eat Whoppers with cheese, Big Macs, Reuben sandwiches, and onion rings whenever I wanted.
Enjoy pastries, pies, candy, doughnuts and cakes whenever I felt like having them.
Use my healing touch often.
I'm not sure how I would do all of the following at the same time, but I would try to find a way to:
Own a puppy.
Be with my sponsees a lot.
Be with my children and their loved ones as much as possible.
Travel as much as I could.
Some places I would travel to are:
Our Lady of the Snows Shrine in Belleville, Illinois
Washington, D.C., my birthplace
Niagara Falls
Smoky Mountains
Blue Ridge Mountains
New England coastline
Colorado
Greenville, North Carolina where I attended college
Alaska
Italy
Greece
France
Visit as many bloggers as possible.
Time for daydreaming to end. I need to prepare myself for my hospital visit tomorrow. God bless all you bloggers. Happy daydreaming.

Gee, you could sing that song: "I've been every where, man..."
As for traveling...can't I just ride my scooter? And there are a couple destinations I'd like to add. Don't know how I'd get my Suzuki scooter across the ocean, though.
PEACE. LOVE.
I love day dreaming. Yeah, it sometimes lacks foundations, but no one can stop me to roll up my sleeves and built the foundation underneath.
Heya, girl, you have to include a Bavarian castle with Paula on your list ;-))) Have a hppy day, love to you
nice daydreams there!
Sweet dreams for you Anna.
This was good PG! I think I would eat onion rings left and right too!
I would devote time to helping others in any way that I can.
Your list is good Anna. I hope that the end of days is a way off although all the nuclear talk is unsettling.
Excellent list!
thinking of you and working on my own dreaming list!
I need to make a list like this....and then fulfill it. Boy, wouldn't that be living. Thanks for pointing out the laugh in my post today. I hadn't seen it, you made me smile, laugh. It felt good. so, thanks, i needed that.
