"PLEASE LISTEN"She had received calls from three deeply troubled friends in just as many days.
Their despair sounded hopeless.
What to do? What to say?
She said a silent prayer then mostly listened as the conversations developed.
After an hour with each they all ended at the same exact place, the need for faith, for God.

It sounds like she offered her friends what they most needed, a shoulder to lean on, a prayer, someone to listen and, hopefully, her faith helped them see the way.
