When a BIG dog four times my size surrounds me,I use affirmations to dispel the fear.

I've gotta start affirming. Guess I'm still in fear of change.
Shann (yesterday) affirmed that she won the Sweeps to the tune of $5,000/month for life. Well, I do not know that helped her very much, except it DID give her a good attitude (which she always displays!) and a lot of us got a good laugh. (I thought she was serious!) -grin...and I am really disappointed. She still has to cook her own meatloaf! Probably wouldn't have it any other way.

Hmmm..when I think about it, all the "dogs" bigger than me are in my head.
And I use affirmations too. They ROCK!, baby...
I think that affirmations are a great way to boost myself. I tell sponsees to do affirmations every morning. Look in the mirror and say five things that I like about myself. It works.
